A tasting of Upper Bench cheeses, also learn how to make your own Paneer and take it home with you.
SATURDAY JUNE 22nd with Danielle Ricard from Champignons Charlevoix and Tastemaker Anne DesJardins. 2pm -3:30 tickets still available, 4:30- 6pm (sold out) From Quebec's rich farming community in Charlevoix Danielle's mushrooms are renowned. Discussion of seasonal foraging, tasting and of course a demo with Oyster mushrooms.
